Delivery terms:
Our aim is to despatch goods as quickly as possible. For items we carry in stock, despatch will be the same day if the order is received before 1pm and you should receive your order either next day or within 4-7 days, depending on where you are based in the EU. Due to the rarity of specific items, it is possible that some items are not held in stock, we try our upmost to keep the stock levels reflected online. Some items will be custom made as per your specifications. Delivery time for custom made items varies from item to item but you will always find the relevant delivery time stated on each product page applicable, we will advise of any changes of lead time by email and/or writing. In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within the period of time as stated at the point of order please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
International deliveries:
Delivery Duty/Taxes Unpaid is an option for international delivery to a few destinations; all import taxes and duties are your responsibility. The buyer is in charge of paying all applicable taxes, tariffs, and inspection fees as well as securing all licenses required for the import of the goods. The buyer bears all of the risks associated with this transaction. The customer bears all further shipping expenses and hazards when the products are placed at their disposal.

Back Orders:
Unless we specify otherwise, back orders will be kept until the goods are available before being shipped. At the moment of order, payment will be collected. You will receive an email informing you of any backordered items.
Cancellations and Returns:
You have the option to return any items you ordered if you discover they don’t meet your needs. We accept returns within 7 days, so please send us the goods return form along with your item or items so we can handle the return. Please be aware that there are no refunds for carriage fees. VAT is not included in any shipping costs.
Returns of unworn, undamaged, unfitted, and original packaging are eligible for a complete refund. However, if the item exhibits signs of installation or tampering, we reserve the right to deny a complete refund. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is always in charge of paying for the return shipping of correctly supplied items.
Before a replacement or refund is given, damaged or defective items must be returned for inspection.
The items you are returning must be whole, unused, in “as new” condition (that is, if you have opened the box to inspect the product, you must have done so without causing any damage or marking the product in any way), and in their original packaging.
There are no refunds or returns for bespoke items.
