In recent years, the growth of solar energy has been remarkable, with solar farms becoming a reliable electricity source worldwide. However, as the popularity of solar farms rises, so do the concerns about their security.
Understanding the Risks & Challenges in Securing Solar Farms. Solar farms, often located in remote or rural areas, face various security risks:
1.Theft and Vandalism: Valuable equipment such as solar panels and inverters can be targets for theft. Vandalism can also disrupt operations and lead to costly repairs.
2.Trespassing: Unauthorized access to solar farms can compromise safety and operational integrity. Intruders may pose safety hazards and interfere with equipment.
UNDERSTANDING THE RISKS & CHALLENGES IN SECURING SOLAR FARMS
Solar farms, often situated in remote or rural areas, face various security risks including theft and vandalism, as valuable equipment such as solar panels and inverters are prime targets for theft, while vandalism can disrupt operations and lead to costly repairs. Additionally, trespassing poses a significant threat; unauthorized access can compromise both safety and operational integrity, as intruders might create safety hazards and interfere with equipment.
High Reliability

By with advanced AI algorithms, significantly reduces the likelihood of false alarms.
Weather-Proof

Immune to weather conditions: Rain, Fog, Wind, Day & Night.
Hard To Defeat

Underground System (Isolated) minimize risk of vandals / cable cut.
DETECTING DIGGING
Underground sensors, buried above the pipeline, can detect diggings in the pipeline area

DETECTING OIL LEAKAGE
Sensors attached to the pipelines can detect leakage as it happens, and send immediate notification

KEY BENEFITS
- Cost Effective: low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through all system lifecycle: Purchase, Installation, Operation & Service
- Autonomous Operation: the SG-PPS can operate from batteries or small solar panel on every 1km.
- Reliability: SensoGuard Patent Protected Smart adaptive algorithm, minimizes nuisance alarms, without compromising the sensitivity of the system
- Modularity: The SG-PPS is built from modular independent sections of 1km, each section operates as an independent system. Its unique architecture allows installation in phases, or on only vulnerable parts of pipeline.

Main Features
SYSTEM INSTALLATION
We use seismic technology-based solutions for protecting oil and gas pipelines. The seismic technology enhances pipeline security with an added layer of protection. The sensors and the processing units are placed underground; hence, they are invisible to the intruders. Moreover, the seismic technology enables our security system to work throughout the years resisting the extreme weather conditions. An array of seismic sensors is linked together to form a comprehensive pipeline security system. Our system contains a hub that serves as a central processing unit to control the system. The hub receives messages and alarms from the processing units. In addition, sensors attached to the pipelines can detect leakage and notify and company’s HQ of the leakage.
