Welcome to the Gambeks Intek Ltd. website (“Site”) on the Internet. These Site Terms of Use, which control how you use and buy things from our site, should be carefully read. You confirm that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be bound by these terms by using, accessing, or viewing this website. Please do not use this site if you disagree with these terms.

Orders are accepted at the pricing in effect on the day of dispatch, and prices are subject to change at any time. VAT is assessed at the current rate in Bulgaria. You accept these terms and conditions by using the “Accept” button. You are making an offer to buy products by filling out and submitting the electronic order form (or going through the “checkout process”), and if we accept it, it will become a legally binding agreement. Our acceptance of your order is not indicated by the completion of the checkout procedure or the submission of an electronic order form.

Consumers must abide by national regulations on the equipment and lighting requirements for their vehicles.

You acknowledge this fact when you make a purchase and attest to your compliance with the requirements outlined in a number of laws, including but not limited to the 1988 Act’s S76 and the Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations 1989 and their subsequent amendments, which deal with the purchase, sale, and display of this kind of lighting.

In order to avoid putting the public or other drivers in risk, our items must be exhibited appropriately and lawfully. Though they must be unplugged, properly authorized light units or items may be exhibited during regular driving for potential future usage for the original purpose.

Reaction Gambeks Intek Ltd. is unable to assume any responsibility to a third party as a result of improper installation and use of our products.

Regarding “e” markings or any other product ratings or certifications, Gambeks Intek Ltd. maintains the right that it is the responsibility of the customers to verify that our products meet their needs. Response Gambeks Intek Ltd. will not be held liable for any issues that may result from this. Products displayed on our website, unless otherwise noted, will not have “e” ratings or “Regulation 65” approvals.

Unless otherwise specified in writing by Gambeks Intek Ltd., all prices are predicated on full payment upon receipt of the invoice. Payment in full is still required even if the products are delivered in an unfinished state or need to be adjusted or repaired. Gambeks Intek Ltd. will look into the matter right away and take the necessary steps to fix it

Reservation of title
Until full payment is made, the goods are still owned by Gambeks Intek Ltd. Gambeks Intek Ltd. may request the return of goods by registered letter without forfeiting any legal rights in the event that full or partial payment is not received. Further, Gambeks Intek Ltd. has the right to cancel orders by written notification.

Orders won’t be put into production or packaging until the buyer has provided all necessary information and paid. Products will be delivered in accordance with the order confirmation. You have to let us know right away if you disagree with the confirmation.
After the order confirmation is approved and the order is placed, Gambeks Intek Ltd. is not obligated to accept order modifications.

Only after a written agreement between the customer and Gambeks Intek Ltd. may goods be returned. All risk and carriage costs are borne by the buyer. – Please refer to this page for the delivery and return policy.

Before being delivered, every one of our products is thoroughly examined. When the buyer receives the goods, they should likewise carefully inspect everything. Gambeks Intek Ltd. must be notified of damage and shortage claims within 72 hours, and written notice must be received within seven days. We are unable to take accountability for notifications that do not arrive within the allotted period.

If such claims are not made within the allotted time, the product and its quality are accepted. In the event of an accident, alteration, or misuse following delivery, Gambeks Intek Ltd. will not accept claims for damage caused by the buyer’s storage. Unless the product specification has been significantly changed, complaints about color, finish, or differences over which Gambeks Intek Ltd. has no influence are not admissible.

Once an order has been confirmed, the customer cannot cancel it without Gambeks Intek Ltd.’s explicit approval. Orders that are canceled may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee up to the full order value.

Gambeks Intek Ltd. reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order due to erroneous information being entered on the website or supplied to us by a manufacturer.

The delivery dates confirmed by Gambeks Intek Ltd. are merely non-binding predictions based on the best information available regarding lead times for manufacturers and shipping schedules. Orders may therefore be dispatched on, before (with the customer’s consent), or after the projected date (after the buyer is notified). Unless the buyer notifies Gambeks Intek Ltd. in writing within seven days of placing the order, the delivery terms will be deemed accepted.
