The Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD) module EL0112 monitor the battery voltage and automatically disconnects non critical loads when LVD senses that vehicle battery voltage is low or automatically reconnects when voltage is restored. The Low Voltage Disconnect device, that can be used to protect batteries from damage and help extend battery life.
A low voltage disconnect circuit will disconnect loads at that set point. It will reconnect the loads only when the battery voltage has substantially recovered due to the accumulation of some charge.
